Linguini, with clams sautéed in olive oil, crushed red peppers, S&P, onions, shallots, garlic, oregano, and lime juice. Flambe (used Cabo tequila) for the finish, topped with fresh basil and Parmesan. Dish took less than 30 minutes to make. Simple. Easy. Tasty.

Pan fried cod (olive oil, flour, egg, panko, smoked paprika, granulated onion, S&P, California peppers), paired with wild rice medley, corn, and red grapes. Simple. Easy. Tasty.

Yakisoba noodles with beef and broccoli
Yakisoba noodles (beef, onion, carrot, celery, mushroom, broccoli, white wine, cashews, avocado, and sesame seeds). Simple. Easy. Tasty.

Pan seared pork chop, brown rice, roasted carrots (finished with honey, sesame seeds and Pecorino Romano), and whipped apple sauce. Simple. Tasty. Easy.

Stuffed beefsteak tomato (tuna, onions, garlic, black olives, tomato, olive oil, S&P). Finished with fresh cashews, parsley and balsamic glaze.

Veggie pizza and dinner salad
Simple dinner salad (cheddar cheese, mater, onion, chicken, sunflower seeds, toasted pine nuts, pickled jalapenos ,Caesar dressing), and veggie pizza (olive oil, zucchini, shallots, mater, toasted pine nuts) finished with a balsamic glaze.
