  • Turkey breast with Cous Cous and Dragon Fruit

    Spatchcock turkey (rubbed with smoked paprika, smoked onion, S&P, basil, olive oil, ), cous cous ( take your cous cous to the next level and use pan drippings as the liquid to cook it in, finish with butter and olive oil), dragon fruit, and red grapes.

  • Dungeness Crab (aka Dungy’s)

    One of my all-time favorite foods to catch, cook, clean and eat. I really enjoy this with melted garlic butter to dip the crab in, and a chilled Pinos Grigios
