  • Linguini and clams

    Linguini, with clams sautéed in olive oil, crushed red peppers, S&P, onions, shallots, garlic, oregano, and lime juice. Flambe (used Cabo tequila) for the finish, topped with fresh basil and Parmesan. Dish took less than 30 minutes to make. Simple. Easy. Tasty.

  • Shrimp and roasted sweet potato

    Shrimp (granulated onion, smoked paprika, ginger, olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, sumac, coconut, sesame seeds, sautéed with white wine) over roasted sweet potatoes (olive oil, walnuts, Thyme, S&P) finished with honey and Pecorino romano. This dish took a total of 30 minutes to make. Simple. Tasty. Easy.

  • Dungeness Crab (aka Dungy’s)

    One of my all-time favorite foods to catch, cook, clean and eat. I really enjoy this with melted garlic butter to dip the crab in, and a chilled Pinos Grigios
