  • Chicken pesto pasta

    One of my favorite dishes. Chicken pesto pasta. I used Angel hair this time (i like the dish with penne). This recipe is in my cookbook.

  • Chicken Kabobs with Surekha rice

    Chicken kabobs (chicken, apricot, and nectarine) with house honey mustard (honey, mustard, fish sauce) paired with Surekha rice. Amazing flavor (even though i over cooked the chicken by about 1-2minutes). Definitely making this again, need to improve my fruit grilling ability. #thekilted1

  • Turkey breast with Cous Cous and Dragon Fruit

    Spatchcock turkey (rubbed with smoked paprika, smoked onion, S&P, basil, olive oil, ), cous cous ( take your cous cous to the next level and use pan drippings as the liquid to cook it in, finish with butter and olive oil), dragon fruit, and red grapes.
