Mexican Meat Rub

Ingredients:

2 TBSP-Ground Pasilla chili
1/4 TSP Chili powder with lime
1/4 TSP Ground Sage
1/8 TSP Celery seed
1 TSP Sea Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

Mix well, rub on meat, let marinade for 12 hours. Remove from fridge, rinse, pat dry, cook.
