Hog Sauce


1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Shakes of Tabasco sauce
1/2 TBSP White Truffle Salt
1 TBSP Tomato Paste
2 Shakes of Crushed red peppers (about 10 flakes)


Mix ingredients in bow until brown sugar has been liquefied. Heat sauce in microwave for about 30 seconds. This should dilute the brown sugar completely. If cooking over stove top place ingredients in a pot, cook on low heat stirring frequently as to not let the sugar burn. Sauce will be ready to serve when ingredients have blended, and sauce is hot.
