German Pancake

Ingredients:

3 TBSP butter
3 Eggs
½ C. flour
¼ tsp salt
½ C. Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven at 450 degrees
Melt butter in 10-inch oven-going skillet over low heat.
Mix together well, flour, salt and milk. Add eggs and mix well.
Pour batter into skillet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. REDUCE temperature to 350 degrees and bake 5-10 minutes more.

If you want to double this recipe, then bake it in a 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle with powered sugar and drizzle with warmed syrup.
