Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

6 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup flour
1 cup toasted pecans (optional)
2 eggs

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

Melt 1/4 cups of butter in a microwaveable dish. Measure 6 tablespoons of Cocoa powder into the mixing bowl. Add melted butter and mix.

Add 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix until blended.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 8 x 8 square baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes
