Fish Brine

Ingredients:

2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Coco Aminos
1/4 Cup Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 Tbs Ground Ginger

Directions:

Mix together rub over fish. Place fish in a bag, let brine for 12 hours. Remove, wash brine off, smoke until internal temp is met.
