Dave’s Meat Rub

Ingredients:

1 Cup Paprika (can use Smoked Paprika if desired)
2 tsp Saigon Cinnamon
1 TBSP group mustard
1 TBSP Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Tomato Bouillon
1 TBSP Sea Salt (do not use iodize salt)
2 tsp Red Pepper flakes
2 tsp Mexican Safflower
1 tsp Ground basil
1 cup Celery Salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, rub meat before placing in smoker.
