- 18-20 Asparagus spears
- 1 lb Thick cut bacon
Preheat oven to 425. Wrap 5-8 stalks (about a serving per person) with pieces of bacon (start at the stalk end, work your way to the top), leaving the tops of the Asparagus stalks open and not wrapped. Place wrapped stalks into a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes, or until Asparagus is cooked.
